Job Summary GW Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Supervisor – Emergency Department to lead and support the nursing team in our fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department. The Clinical Supervisor will provide leadership, oversight, and clinical expertise, ensuring that patient care standards are maintained while fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and supervision for emergency department nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in accordance with established protocols and best practices. Healthcare Provider BLS (CPR) is required to practice in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. A CHPN certification is a plus. Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice Case Manager

Overview R egistered Nurse (RN) Hospice Case Manager works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Discipline Team (IDT) to foster a quality experience in accordance with the patient and family’s care plan and wishes. The RN Case Manager plans and manages the nursing component of the hospice caseload as well as the patient's illness and symptoms. He/She re-evaluates effectiveness of interventions and adjusts the care plan as needed.
