Our leadership structure, comprised of a clinical director, an assistant clinical director, clinical nurse managers, and a clinical educator, is dedicated to supporting our staff and patient safety. Pavilion 8 is supported by our unit secretaries, critical care technicians, and registered nurses seven days a week. We work towards having all of our nurses’ cross-trained in surgical intermediate within the first year at Cooper. Pavilion-8 fosters a close relationship with our providers, as our APN’s and Surgical Residents are easily accessible for support, questions, and directions with patient care.
