Position Summary The Registered Nurse Navigator coordinates and manages the care needs of patients with urogynecologic conditions, providing personalized support, education, and advocacy from diagnosis through treatment and follow-up care. Key Responsibilities Coordinate care for assigned patients and develop comprehensive, individualized care plans across the patient care continuum.
