Responsibilities The Surgical and Procedural Services Nurse Educator will play a critical role in facilitating the professional development of Community Health System's (CHS) surgical and/or perioperative nursing staff and ancillary staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety within our surgical services department. This position involves planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs, as well as providing mentorship to nurses. Additionally, the Nurse Educator will actively engage in patient care to maintain clinical competence.
