As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee all nursing operations, inspire a culture of excellence, and play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. What You'll Do Direct and oversee all aspects of the Nursing Department. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. Lead, coach, and develop nursing managers and staff. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Monitor clinical programs, quality measures, and infection prevention initiatives. Partner with the interdisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction. Support recruitment, retention, and staff engagement efforts. Oversee department budgets and effective resource utilization. Lead survey preparation efforts and manage regulatory inspections. Implement initiatives that promote operational excellence and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York. Minimum of three years of nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or senior nursing leader preferred. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and quality improvement initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
