Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) – Hospice Primarily InOffice | Regional Team | No Nights or Weekends Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our dedicated regional hospice team. This is a primarily inoffice position focused on meaningful, virtual and actual facetoface clinical visits with hospice patients while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring exceptional endoflife care by conducting required hospice facetoface evaluations and supporting highquality, compliant, and compassionate patient care across our service region.
