MDS COORDINATOR- Exempt (Salary) Position Reports to Administrator OVERVIEW: MDS Coordinator administers patient assessments and overseas the assessment process, setting the assessment schedules and assuring that assessments are done in an accurate and timely manner. The MDS Coordinator coordinates the care plan according to regulatory requirements.
