Qualifications SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES : Knowledge of appropriate nursing, diagnosis, and intervention with psychiatric patients. The Level-III NICU has 8 beds and the intermediate unit has 7 with an average daily census of 9 infants.
