Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. Current, unrestricted Massachusetts LPN license. Successful completion of NCLEX-PN. Current CPR certification. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance. Ability to meet required health screening and clearance requirements. Professional references demonstrating clinical competence and reliability. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree. Two or more years of nursing experience.
