Job Description About This Unit Beds: 26-bed Long Term Care Hospital Patient Population: Specialize in caring for medically complex patients who require extended hospitalization and advanced clinical care. Typical Cases: Care for individuals recovering from critical illness who need ongoing respiratory support, complex wound care, intravenous therapies, cardiac monitoring, dialysis, and comprehensive rehabilitation services before transitioning to a lower level of care. Additional Info: We utilize the LEAF system, a wearable patient monitoring technology that helps staff track and document patient repositioning.
