Maintenance of 10 contact hours of education/year. Member of a professional organization. Recent applicable clinical experience in a comparable setting. Conducts urgent physical and psychosocial assessments of the patient and family during after hours and determines appropriate interventions. Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient.
