Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU provides comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. The RN monitors hemodynamic status, administers medications, performs assessments, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team. The RN ensures optimal patient outcomes through adherence to clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and effective communication with patients and families.
