Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Supervisor provides operational and clinical supervision for a work area or unit. Responsible for front-line supervision of staff while on the unit. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in pediatrics preferred. Expert clinical knowledge of unit’s patient population. Ability to lead others. Good organizational skills.
