Overview To support the Mission of Helio Health, Inc., the CTI Licensed Practical Nurse will provide comprehensive care management and coordination of services to Critical Time Intervention (CTI) program enrollees. The CTI model is a time-limited form of case management that focuses on helping people with severe mental illness (SMI) and a history of homelessness during a “critical time” transitional period in their lives.
