Assist with clinical assessments/recertification’s per ALSA requirements. Support Resident Services Director in hiring for and managing performance within the department. Assist with scheduling and staffing of Resident Services Assistants as needed. Providing coaching and mentoring to Resident Services Department associates as needed.
