Gather and document relevant medical and social history. Measure and document vital signs, including height, weight, and blood pressure. Maintain accurate patient registration, medical record, laboratory, scheduling, and payment information. Use electronic systems to document visits, collect fees, and provide receipts. Provide patients with the appropriate forms and review them for completion.
