A Med Surg Nursing Assistant will assist with patient care by supporting daily activities, mobility, feeding, and vital signs while monitoring for any changes. Additionally, the Med Surg Nurse will help nurses by maintaining supplies, assisting with wound care, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required. 2. Current BLS within 30 days of hire and maintain current. 3. Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology. 4. Minimum six months’ previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.
