Engage in Leisure & Educational Activities: Facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social development. Community Experience: Assist with planning and participating in field trips and community experience programs. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records and documentation on students’ progress, ensuring accurate and thorough tracking of activities and goals. Collaborate with a Team: Work with an interdisciplinary team to plan activities, address student needs, and participate in department and unit meetings. Behavioral & Communication Programs: Support students through behavioral programming and communication interventions, including assistive technology and computer-based solutions. Personal Care & Mobility Support: Participate in the daily care and mobility programs of students, including lifting and transferring students as needed. Qualifications High school graduate/GED required. Must be Certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or willing to obtain certification within three months of hire.
