Position Summary Holly Hill Healthcare Center, a 75-bed skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, and memory care-focused facility located in Towson, Maryland, is seeking compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA-1s) professionals to join our nursing team. As a CNA-I, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care to individuals receiving skilled nursing, long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and memory care services. Essential Responsibilities Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care while preserving each resident's dignity, privacy, rights, and independence. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral hygiene, and mobility. Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, and restorative care activities in accordance with individualized care plans. Observe, document, and promptly report changes in residents' physical, mental, emotional, or behavioral condition to the licensed nurse. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
