As a CNA, you will provide direct, hands-on care to residents while supporting their dignity, independence, safety, comfort, and overall well-being. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, personal care, nutrition, and other individualized needs in accordance with established care plans. Our CNAs are an essential part of the nursing team. Because CNAs spend significant time directly with residents, they play a critical role in recognizing changes in condition, communicating concerns to licensed nursing staff, and ensuring residents receive responsive, compassionate, and person-centered care.
