The Day Center CNA ( Certified Nurse Assistant) works at our Adult Day Health Center assisting participants with ADLs (activities of daily living) and providing both restorative and supportive care. Monitor/assist participants in a courteous manner with meals and helps with feeding, as necessary. Report any variance, accident, or unusual occurrence to the appropriate personnel. Assist with loading and unloading of participants from vehicles. Assist the transportation department with participants’ take-home supplies. Serve as a bus attendant on company vehicles while InnovAge drivers transport participants to/from center or medical appointments supporting participants while in transit and accompanying participants in and out of facilities. May rotate into In-Home Services as a Homecare CNA. as deemed necessary by the Center Manager.
