Part Time Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patients Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner Educate patients and their families on wound care, prevention, and management Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Active license in state of employment Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records.
