Hilltop Health and Rehabilitation

Director of Nursing

$110,000 - $115,000 / year
DIRECTOR OF NURSING Hilltop Health & Rehabilitation Come lead a nursing home you can be proud of. Hilltop Health & Rehabilitation is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team. And here’s what makes Hilltop different: ZERO AGENCY. Yes. Zero. Hilltop is what we love about a traditional nursing home — a strong team, familiar faces, residents who know their caregivers, and people who genuinely care about the building they work in. We aren’t looking for someone to come in and save a sinking ship. We’re looking for someone great to lead a great facility. The right DON will be: A strong clinical leader who knows long-term care Present on the floor and connected to residents and staff Comfortable holding people accountable while still supporting the team Survey-ready, detail-oriented, and proactive Someone who believes problems are meant to be identified, addressed, and fixed — not ignored A partner to the Administrator and leadership team Someone who understands that great nursing starts with knowing your residents At Hilltop, you’ll have something every DON wants: A stable nursing team. No agency dependency. A fantastic facility. And the opportunity to lead instead of constantly putting out fires. We believe nursing home leadership should still be about the people who live inside the building. If you’re an experienced DON who wants to get back to leading nurses, knowing residents, building a team, and being proud of the care your facility provides , we want to talk to you. Come see Hilltop. You’ll understand why we’re proud of it. Hilltop Health & Rehabilitation Rutherfordton, North Carolina
