Lead the launch of a brand-new Orthopedic Surgery Center! We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing to play a key leadership role in the development and operations of a new state-of-the-art ASC in Grand Prairie, TX. This is a unique opportunity to help build a facility from the ground up while creating a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational success. This de novo ASC will be a premier center for orthopedic surgery, led by highly sought-after surgeons from one of the region’s leading orthopedic practices. Experience in outpatient orthopedic surgery highly preferred. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES : The Director of Nursing is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Surgery Center. Orthopedic experience is required for this role. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the scheduling of procedures, inventory control, QA/ QI, staff credentialing, preventative maintenance and safety, risk management and all related supporting services of the ambulatory surgical center and its personnel.
