In this role, you will play a critical part in staff development and clinical education. You will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based educational programs that promote the ongoing professional growth of our nursing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement evidence-based, quality education programs to enhance staff competency and the delivery of high-quality clinical services. Collaborate with management, staff, and external partners to assess, integrate, and evaluate educational needs and resources. Develop, review, and update training manuals , policies/procedures, job aides, and clinical pathways. Educate staff on clinical policies, criteria, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices. Conduct new staff orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Conduct quality review audits of the clinical team and strategic partners to ensure that company protocols and standards are being met.
