Hours of Position: Full-time (36 hours/week), 3p-3a shift KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum. It has been providing state-of-the art care and community services to the residents of the scenic Minnesota Valley since 1984. Our ED is a Level 3 Trauma Center. We have 45 beds and a yearly census of approximately 67,000 and growing! The Fairview Ridges ER processes 67,000 cases per year, with an average of 184 patients seen daily. The position duties include assessment, care planning, interventions, and instructing. New positions added due to volumes/growth. The patient population served by the Emergency Department consists of newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients requiring or seeking medical care. Twenty percent of our ED volume is pediatric. Schedule: This position is 64 hours per pay period, 8 hour evening shifts with every other weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
