Takes necessary action to correct adverse findings and communicates trending to clinical director. Reviews, evaluates, and supervises service delivery to ensure appropriateness of care and utilization of services, equipment, and supplies through activities such as random patient visits, medical record reviews and case conferences. Enters infections and incidents/occurrences into the online Risk Management Incident Reporting System, as specified by policy. Assists in the orientation of new agency personnel and provides direction and leadership to clinical team members in collaboration with the clinical director. Performing range of motion and other simple procedures as ordered with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency. 14. Providing respite for patient's/family/caregiver when on-site, as appropriate. 15. Keeping patient's living area clean and orderly, as assigned. 16. Your Role: Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement Job Requirements: Must be 18+ 1 year of caregiving experience Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Fully vaccinated or exemption Current TB test or clear X-ray Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan) CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us) Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed Responsibilities: Personal care, light housework, meal prep Shopping, errands, companionship Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs Benefits: $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked Competitive pay ($18–$20/hr) Bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-in shifts Flexible schedules Schedule: Full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts available
