CentraState Medical Center currently has an opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) within the Flexible Staffing Unit. The RN delivers culturally sensitive, patient-centered care in accordance with ANA standards, the New Jersey Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and CentraState’s policies and procedures. Utilizing evidence-based practice and the nursing process, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Effectiveness of care is measured through the analysis of nurse-sensitive indicators and patient results. Orientation includes successful completion of Critical Care, IV Therapy, and Respiratory Care courses, as well as clinical rotations through assigned nursing units. The Lead MA will assist the other MAs by acting as a triage coordinator, helping the MAs to better organize their time and learn how to better serve the clinician group.
