We are looking for an experienced and caring assistant director of nursing ADON to join our team! The schedule will be Monday through Friday and on call GENERAL SUMMARY: The Assistant Director of Nursing is an RN who is responsible for the overall supervision of nursing care in the Health Center. PRINCIPLE DUTIES: Essential Job Duties: Supervises direct nursing care in the Health Center. Administers direct nursing care when more than routine care is indicated. Makes routine rounds to assure proper care and a safe, clean resident environment. Assures accuracy and completeness of medical records.
