Candidates without this experience must apply to the OR RN residency program, this includes those with previous bedside nursing experience in other areas like Med-Surg, Critical Care, ED, Women's Health. This role requires a commitment to on-call hours. When on-call candidate must report within in 30 minutes. 30 minutes is a firm deadline and includes driving to the facility, parking, walking in, changing and reporting all within that time frame.
