Responsibilities Assist with patient care under the direction of physicians. Prepare patients for office visits and procedures. Preforms a variety of patient care activities, such as vaccine/medication administration, phlebotomy, and point of care testing. Provides indirect patient care via phone or EHR by addressing patient questions, processing medication refills and scheduling follow-up appointments. Utilize electronic health record for efficient care. Qualifications One year experience as a clinic back office medical assistant preferred. Nurse Practitioner - Neonatal

Overview Position Overview Legacy Health offers an exciting growth opportunity to join a well-established team of collaborative and energetic Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs). This role provides the opportunity to practice across both Level III and Level IV NICU settings within the Legacy system. NNPs are integral to delivery attendance and the medical management of high-risk neonates and infants, including daily rounding on NNP service patients. In addition to clinical care, the role includes telemedicine resuscitation coverage for Legacy Level I nursery sites and opportunities to contribute to non-clinical initiatives that support the highest standards of care for NICU patients and their families. Level IV NICU – Randall Children’s Hospital The Level IV, 45-bed NICU is located within Randall Children’s Hospital, a freestanding, nine-story pediatric facility. This unit provides comprehensive care supported by a full range of pediatric subspecialties, including cardiac and neurosurgical services, genetics, and ECMO. Care is delivered within a family-integrated model, supported by a dedicated pediatric transport team. Notably, this role does not require transport responsibilities. Level III NICU – Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center The Level III, 22-bed NICU at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center is a growing unit actively expanding its NNP team. Scheduling is flexible and evolving, with 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shift options available to support work-life balance and team coverage. Scheduling & Practice Model This position is based in the Portland/Vancouver area and requires dual licensure in Oregon and Washington. NNPs rotate between both NICU sites, with frequency tailored to individual preferences while ensuring 24/7 coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A well-established self-scheduling model and structured holiday tracks contribute to provider satisfaction and balance. Overview The Department of Family Medicine at Macon & Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences at Old Dominion University is seeking an outstanding Medical Assistant to join the team. Position assists Physicians and Nurses with patient care to include triage and stocking supplies. Also prepares patients for provider visits and assisting providers with procedure. Position includes responsibility to assist with front and back office procedures to include scheduling appointments, checking patinates in and out. Responsibilities Triage incoming patients by obtaining vital signs, following standing triage orders, reconcile medication list, reconcile allergies, make sure immunizations are up to date and prepare patient for the visit. Completes delegated tasks from the current and prior day i.e.: patient messages, prescription refills, lab results, referrals, home health agency requests, medication prior authorizations, patient forms, and physician follow-up. All tasks must be reviewed, addressed, and marked appropriately before the close of each business day. Coordinates services with specialists i.e.: radiation oncology, pulmonology, endocrinology, nutritional counseling, or social services consultation. Documents all correspondence and interventions in the electronic health record. Assists supervisors in the training of new staff members. Medical Assistants are required to fill in for other clinical staff during vacations and illness and perform other duties as assigned by providers, or supervisors at both sites. Maintains current inventory of medical and office supplies Cleans, sterilizes, and maintains used instrumentation per department protocol. The successful candidate in this role shall respond to questions from patients, family members, faculty/residents, other health care providers in a timely and professional manner. Medication Technician **Must have a CNA certification** Full Time: 2nd (3p-11p) ** Pay Range $21/hr - $23 +/hr (MT/CNA Combo) CNA: must be licensed in North Carolina verifiable through online registry MT: must be a licensed Medication Aide verifiable through online registry Must be able to provide certificate of completion of 10-hour and 5-hour or 15-hour Medication Technician Certification course (we will certify after 90 days of solid employment) What will I do every day as a MT?
