The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders (CCBD) at Children’s Hospital Colorado (CHCO) is a 48-bed inpatient unit specializing in the care of patients with cancer, blood disorders, immunodeficiencies, and genetic disorders who require hospitalization for their treatment of their diseases or conditions. Treatments include chemotherapy, immunotherapy, cellular therapy, and radioactive therapy for oncologic and non-oncologic diagnoses. The CCBD Inpatient team is a multidisciplinary group of nurses, clinical assistants, inpatient service specialists, providers, social workers, dieticians, pharmacists, child life therapists, therapy dogs, and more!
