Job Description: The CNA/PCA will provide the highest quality of care to Right at Home clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure client’s needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction. Duties include assistance with bathing/dressing/grooming, assistance with transfers, meal prep, medication support, transportation to errands/appointments, and light housekeeping.
