Coordinates the planning for delivery of nursing care with the Director of Nursing and administers appropriate clinical decisions in the delivery of patient care. Proactively updates client/patients’ POC, health changes, and other related incidents. Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific differences in the patient population, including physiological and developmental differences unique to each group. Ensures safe care to patients; adheres to all policies, procedures, and standards, including time management, supply management, productivity, and quality of service Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic region. Flexibility to work alternate shifts on short notice and can be on call for field visits as determined by business needs. Administers CPR and other emergency procedures, as necessary. Qualifications: Licensed as a Registered Nurse through the State Board of Nursing is required. Home health experience preferred – Can perform assessments, wound care, medication management, and infusions. Minimum of two years medical, surgical, or critical care/ER experience preferred. Minimum of one year of recent infusion experience preferred. Qualifications Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education. Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice. Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional. Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device. Education and experience, preferred Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from regional leadership. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred. About the Role As a Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one, non-medical care that allows seniors and individuals in need to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
