Performs peer to peer review and obtains insurance prior authorization as needed. Processes requests for prescription refills according to established practice. Mentors new staff to ensure proper clinical training and processes is followed. Maintains patient confidentiality. Adheres to infection control/safety guidelines. Assists in preparing forms and managing prior authorizations throughout the shift, completing incoming work by the end of the shift. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
