Compile data from patient records for quality assurance and improvement activities when requested. Process payments and charge entry; manage non-clinical office supplies and distribute mail. Responsibilities Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor: Clinical Leadership Supervise nursing care services and nursing personnel across assigned units Conduct rounds and provide clinical support and guidance to staff Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely communication of changes Assist with admissions, evaluations, care planning, and resident oversight Support safe medication administration and treatment delivery Staff Support & Operations Assist with staffing coordination and assignment adjustments Provide coaching, feedback, and support to nursing staff Ensure documentation, workflows, and assignments are completed appropriately Participate in shift-to-shift communication and operational updates Promote a collaborative, respectful, team-focused environment Quality & Compliance Help maintain compliance with facility policies, CMS standards, and nursing regulations Support infection prevention and facility safety initiatives Assist with incident response, emergency procedures, and survey readiness Participate in QAPI and performance improvement efforts From Up to Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor: Possession of a state license in applicable state you are performing work and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing leadership role Interest or experience in geriatrics Current BLS/CPR Experience with dementia population desirable This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
