Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately. Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status. Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. Educate and support patients' families throughout the care process. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Qualifications Active New York State RN license.
