Minimum Requirements A bachelor’s degree in nursing, coupled with a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience, is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care in an outpatient/inpatient setting, with preferred experience in staff supervision A current, valid license as a registered nurse through the California Board of Registered Nursing is required.
