Three years’ experience in public health nursing, acute care, case management, and/or in-home health care required; minimum of 2 years of managed care experience in case management with a focus on inpatient and/or outpatient ambulatory care required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
