Our Hematology and Oncology Department is currently seeking a full time Float Certified Medical Assistant or RN to deliver care that is second to none in our high volume-fast paced practice. Primary duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Monitor and evaluate patients, including vitals, assessments, and nurse visits. Completing necessary forms for patients, such as FMLA. Triage patient calls by collecting medical history and symptom details; document and relay information in EHR, ensuring follow-up within 24 hours. Administer medications and injections; assist with bone marrow procedures. Educate patients and monitor for changes in condition or treatment response.
