We also offer a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program to ensure the continuum of care for our patients. This opportunity is for full-time (36 hours per week) Registered Nurse (RN) working with our inpatient adolescent population (ages 12 - 17).. The position offers full benefits and a convenient schedule of two weekdays plus every other Saturday and Sunday 7am - 7pm. This position also qualifies for a $12,000 sign-on bonus. $12k bonus: $1,000 paid after 90-days, $1,500 paid after 6-months, $2,500 paid after one year, $3,000 paid after 18-months, and $4,000 paid after 2 years. Job Duties: Nurse/Patient Relationship: Develops and maintains a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare continuum. Nursing Process: Demonstrates the use of nursing process as a problem-solving model. Demonstrates a mastery of clinical skills related to patient’s mental health and physical health needs. Maintains and protects confidentiality regarding all aspects of patient care and information.
