Administratively supervise provision of quality care to agency clients for the territory. Ensure implementation of agency policy and procedures for the territory are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal requirements. Manage the selection, training and development of staff – fostering effective leadership development. Coaching sessions will be held monthly with direct reports, if not more frequent, to grow leaders within the organization. Responsible for overall attrition of territory, must identify at risk staff with action plan to prevent attrition of staff where needed. Navigate a matrixed business environment.
