Serve as leadership support by filling in during leadership vacancies or assisting departments experiencing operational challenges. Collaborate with the Executive Director, DCS, and leadership team to achieve organizational goals and improve overall performance. Participate in new employee orientation and provide ongoing education and training for clinical and operational staff. Develop and facilitate staff education, leadership development, and competency training. Support regulatory survey readiness and assist with corrective action planning when needed.
