Position Overview ChristianaCare West Grove Hospital is seeking Inpatient RNs who are clinically strong, adaptable, and able to manage a higher-acuity patient population in a fast-paced micro-hospital environment. This role requires experience with critical drips, cardiac rhythm recognition, respiratory support, and collaboration through Teams and Telemedicine platforms. Candidates must be comfortable supporting short-term stabilization of critically ill patients—including ventilated patients—while awaiting transfer to a higher level of care. Scheduling expectations include weekend coverage, holiday rotation and defined PRN availability requirements to support safe staffing and patient care needs.
