Emotional resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of safe mobility and transfer techniques preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Education & Experience CNA, HHA, or equivalent caregiving experience preferred. Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and TB test (or willingness to obtain). Successful completion of background and drug screening (with random checks as applicable). Physically capable of performing required duties, including safe lifting and assisting with mobility.
