Overview Temporary Internal Registry Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift Location: Evanston, IL Department: Intensive Care UnitStatus: Temporary Internal Registry Shift: Night Shift Compensation: $60.00 per hour (Flat Rate) Assignment Details: The assignment is expected to last 12 weeks; however, staffing needs will be evaluated on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted based on operational requirements. Responsibilities The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the ICU. You will need to be based in the greater Chicagoland area. The Medical Assistant will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), or Physician, assisting with a range of clinical and administrative tasks such as administering vaccines, conducting EKGs, recording vital signs, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to enhance patient care.
