Required Qualifications* Required Educational Requirements Applicant must meet one of the following:NOTE: Required qualifications must be met by the candidate in order to be interviewed and considered for the position. Bachelors of Science in Nursing OR Associates degree or diploma in Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing. Minimum five (5) years of RN experience. Minimum two (2) years of recent (within the last 5 years) RN experience in Operating Room. Nurse Leadership certification or completion within two (2) years of accepting this position or when eligible to certify, whichever comes first. Certification is expected to be maintained with in this leadership role. Examples include Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) or, Nurse Executive (NE-BC). Certifications must be recognized by the Magnet Recognition Program and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
