Promote resident independence while ensuring physical safety and dignity. Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and eating. Encourage participation in life skills and life enrichment activities. Greet and assist residents, families, guests, vendors, and team members with professionalism and courtesy. You will be required to provide face-to-face outreach to meet with clients, assess their status, and support the client’s progress toward better health outcomes.
