Utilize any communication devices for residents, such as language services, communication boards, assistive devices, etc. Accept education for utilizing these mechanisms to provide ample communication. JOB SUMMARY Responsible to provide direct nursing care to the customer, and to supervise the day-to- day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants.
