Job Overview Fairview Health Services is looking for a driven Registered Nurse to join the hard working Primary Care team at our Tamarack clinic based in Woodbury, MN. This nursing position is approved for 80 hours every two weeks (1.0 FTE) working 8 hour days. The schedule includes working hours between 7:00 a.m - 6:00 pm. Monday through Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays The registered nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and providing professional nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care setting. Practice Details: Provide inpatient care for critically ill patients in a hybrid role between an intensive care unit and as a critical response provider. While working on the MHealth Fairview Critical Care system APP team you will get a variety of experiences.
